Studiohouse Designs cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. Occasionally your label may be printed a few days before the item actually ships, please take that into consideration before assuming there is a problem with your order. Once your shipping label prints, an automated email containing a tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at checkout. If you cannot locate t he email confirmation, please contact us: (This is especially important because if you have not received the order confirmation email, you also will not receive the email with your shipment notification and tracking information.)
If you do not receive that email, please check your spam folder and see if you can locate it. You will receive an automated email confirming your order shortly after you have placed it. We use the United States Postal Service for ALL of our domestic shipments and Global Post (through USPS) for all international orders. We are not responsible for guaranteeing any changes to shipping addresses. It is your responsibility to double check your shipping address before you finalize your order. Orders are shipped to the delivery address noted in the customer order. There is no exception to this, so please be aware before checking out. This means if you order preorder items with non-preorder items, your order will not ship until the preorder items are ready. Orders will ship complete when the last item in your order is ready. If an item is considered to be a preorder, it will be noted in the item's description and title. We do NOT guarantee delivery or shipment dates.
